April 2012
April 20. Friday night's Sight Sound Space, an audio-visual ambient performance/installation, has now become a vivid memory. Thanks to all the performers and attendees. You can watch an audio/video excerpt here.
Coming in May
Double Dunce's new DVD "Dimbulb" will finally be available-- 11 hallucinatory mindscapes for your viewing pleasure. The 11 song soundtrack will also be available as a digital audio download.
I've also begun recording my next acoustic guitar album -- "Cut N Shoot Radio". It should be finished & available by the end of the month.
And I'll also be releasing "Awkward Science" an album/DVD of electronic music and improvised video. Watch the first cut "O B E" here.
Our Latest Releases
POL-03 Hookah Chums "Children of Echo"

Hookah Chums have returned with "Children of Echo"-- featuring 6 radically different versions of the title cut. And there's more on the way--the Chums will drop their 3rd album in March.
MAG-08 Cyclops Joint "Pox Mechanika"
Alternating between clusters of feedback and deconstructed spaces, "Pox Mechanika" uses technology to circumvent technology, and to internalize unbounded exterior spaces.
Time is stretched and compressed, the final few seconds of a pop song becomes a sinuous tissue that fades into the distance. No sound is sacred. All sounds are sacred.
MAG-07 Double Dunce "Goggles for Tantra"
As portions of this recording were made by the Huckster & Spiritualist Milo Gurmungst in 1873, we strongly recommend listening to this album in a meditative state in a quiet dark room (or your special place, whatever comes first, we're really not that picky).

MAG-05 Cyclops Joint "Suite for Three Catapults"
High Tension Sonic Improvisations from a veteran of the Houston, TX experimental / noise scene.

MAG-03 John Kennedy "If and When"
a beautiful 14-song post-rock-folk album

MAG-02 John Kennedy "A Sharp Emulsion" FREE
An ambient journey through pulses of time. Recorded in Zagreb, Croatia; Union City, NJ and the East River, NYC
MAG-01 Hookah Chums "Triple Toothpick"
freaky funky cinematic pop
